Who we are. ProPoint HVAC LLC ("ProPoint HVAC," "we," "us") is a licensed Alabama HVAC contractor (Certification No. 26098) based in Mobile, Alabama, serving Mobile and Baldwin County. This policy explains what information we collect through propointhvac.com and how we use it.

When you request a quote, use our cost planner, or schedule service, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, service address, and ZIP code, along with details about your project (system size, home square footage, service type, and preferred appointment times).

How we use it. We use your information to respond to quote requests, prepare and send estimates, schedule and confirm appointments, and communicate about your service. We keep customer records after a job is complete so we can reference your service history and honor warranties.

Who sees it. Your information is seen only by ProPoint HVAC's owner and technician. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use a small number of service providers to operate the business: Resend (delivers our emails), Vonage (delivers our text messages), Google Analytics (website usage statistics), and Google Ads (advertising measurement). These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Text messaging (SMS). If you opt in to text messages, we may send you service-related messages (appointment confirmations, arrival updates, estimate notifications) and occasional promotional messages (seasonal specials, maintenance reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All OPT-IN requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Cookies and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, buttons clicked). This involves cookies and does not identify you personally to us. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to contact us.
